  • What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major debit & credit cards that include but are not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Your card will be charged once your order has been placed.

  • How to turn on the Fitgun

In order to turn on the Fitgun, you need to use the switch located at the bottom of the Fitgun. After it's switched to "on", the Fitgun will light up and you can start using it by pressing the switch on button located on the LCD screen.

  • Fitgun suddenly stopped working

Fitgun has an AI chipset that processes the gear power and cuts off the power as a security measure. If somebody falls asleep for some reason (it happens), in order to not cause injuries to that person, based on the movements performed, the Fitgun shuts down every 10-30 minutes for your own safety. Then you have to start it again. Fitgun puts safety on the first place, always, as every athlete should.

  • What if my item is faulty?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days after you recieved it.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer standard shipping and express options to most countries.

Please be aware, our order may be subject to import duties and taxes (in rare cases), which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the order. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Fitgun cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

  • Processing times?

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Each order is made with care, and immediately processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. For standard shipping please allow 7-15 days after dispatch for your package to arrive. For Express shipping allow 3-7 days.

  • Taxes?

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total (you will not have to pay any taxes because they're included in the total paid amount). The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.

  • Updating orders

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

  • Order cancellation

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.

  • Changing shipping address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

  • ❗ I received an email saying I should pay an extra amount of money for my order (usually regarding the shipping, or the item being held by customs)
